Teletransport is a metaphoric idea connected with the future of humankind in a scientific approach. As a metaphor Teletransportation can be used in the place of a central concept in art future discussions. That's why Teletransport.org is devoted to investigate the future of art and cultural movements. If teletransport is an idea linked with the future, maybe art discussions could reflect that idea in its own manner.
Teletransport and Teletransportation concepts
Teletransport is the act to transport a material object (equipment, people, animals, anything actually) to a new location instantly through space using some kind of technology or mystycal knowledge.
Human creativity devised some ways to do that:
Decomposing the matter
molecular structure into atomic elements, transmitting
those elements through space and rebuilding them in a
new place;
Transforming the matter
molecular structure into energy, transmitting that
energy through space and rebuilding them
in a new place;
Transforming the matter
molecular structure into information, transmitting that
information through space and rebuilding matter using
the information as a map or project of that substance;
Mislead a portion of space
out of it’s real location, opening a gate to
another portion of space elsewhere in the universe;
